Exceptional win in Crown Court for our client

We are thrilled with another exceptional win in Crown Court for our client, who was acquitted of Conspiracy to import class A drugs.

Faz Shah and Laiba Malik of Alexander Bennett Solicitors, instructed Ben Walker-Nolan of Thomas More Chambers, who acted as Defence Counsel in the trial at Isleworth Crown Court. Our client, who worked for a national airline, was accused of conspiring to import a substantial amount of Heroin on a flight to Heathrow Airport. The prosecution’s case included compelling video evidence.

The case for the defence was brilliantly prepared and skilfully argued during the trial, resulting in a unanimous acquittal.
